Black History month kicked off with a noon-hour event at Hamilton city hall.
The program, open to all members of the community, featured steel drumming by Luckystickz, food, vendors and information booths prior to the unveiling of “We Are Hamilton — Black History Remembered,” a joint project by the City of Hamilton and local Black-led organizations.
