The Black Student Success Centre (BSSC) invites you to the Black Student Meet & Greet on May 13th from 2:30 to 4:00 p.m. in the Michael DeGroote Centre for Learning and Discovery (MDCL), room 1105. It will be an opportunity to connect offer holders and prospective applicants with Black staff, faculty, and undergraduate and graduate level students to gain insight into all McMaster University has to offer Black students.
This presentation and Meet & Greet are part of a larger McMaster Open House with information sessions, information booths, tours and demos, and the opportunity to view residence halls and rooms. Our hour-long event will cover the following;
- Black Student Success Centre Programs and Services
- McMaster Undergraduate Student Panel
- Q&A session
- Breakout sessions: an opportunity to meet Black undergraduate students, staff and faculty from every faculty
The BSSC is keen to engage with Black high school students, parents/guardians, circle of support, graduation coaches for Black students, equity officers, student success teachers and more.
