- Meet & Greet: Connect with all Black faculty, staff supporters, and other Black students from several undergraduate, graduate, and professional school programs.
- Interactive Conversations: Engage in discussions on various topics including:
- Black Student Success Centre programs & services
- University transition tips and on/off-campus resources
- Finding your community and getting involved
- Black-focused clubs Meet and Greet
- Faculty Meet and Greet
Purpose
This event aims to connect incoming first-year students with returning upper-year students and those in professional and graduate programs. Build powerful connections right from the first week of the academic year and foster a sense of Ubuntu among each other.
