Event Overview
Join us for an inspiring conversation with Judge Pamela Appelt, the first Afro-Canadian woman to serve as a judge in the Canadian Citizenship Court. This event offers a unique opportunity to engage with a leader in law and public service whose work has had a profound impact on Canadian society.
Throughout her career, Judge Appelt has dedicated herself to advocating for children, families, and community development. As an Order of Canada honouree, her story offers rich insights into leadership, law, and the intersection of justice and community empowerment. This event aligns with the mission of the Black Student Success Centre to uplift and support Black students by offering access to accomplished Black leaders who inspire and pave the way for future generations.
